The official website of the Baki anime series revealed a pair of additional cast, theme songs artists, key visual (pictured), and a promotional video for the second season of Hanma Baki: Son of Ogre on Thursday. The first part will be released worldwide on Netflix on July 26, while the second part will premiere on August 24. Takeshi Kusao (Dragon Ball Z) and Nobuo Tobita (Hellsing Ultimate) are joining the cast as Pickle and Albert Pain, respectively. Rock band Wagakki Band (Sousei no Onmyouji, Mars Red) is performing the opening theme "The Beast." The unit UPSTART, composed of Da-iCE member Souta Hanamura and Youtuber Hikaru, will perform the ending theme "WILDER." Both theme songs are previewed in the promotional video below. Toshiki Hirano (Baki) returns to direct the new season at TMS Entertainment.
