A new anime movie by the Ongaku (On-Gaku: Our Sound) director Kenji Iwaisawa titled Hina is Beautiful is in production, according to a report by entertainment news outlet Variety on Friday. The movie will use 2D animation and rotoscoping. Iwaisawa is directing the movie and Takamasa Ooe (Drive My Car) is penning the script. Naoyuki Asano (Eizouken ni wa Te wo Dasu na!, Urusei Yatsura (2022)) is credited as the animation director and character designer.
